Deep Sleep Zone
Two hours of deep sleep is the old promise. We ask what that still means in Australian bedrooms, on night shift, and through a humid January.
An independent Australian journal
Est. from the three keys
Sleep, water, food and the human energy field, written for the country we actually live in.

The three keys, rewritten
The original Energy Field site said a sixty-year-old may not have a twenty-year-old's strength, but should still have good energy. We kept the sentence. We made a journal around it: deep sleep, live water, food the body can absorb, and the quieter work people still call the energy field.

If you are mostly water, the quality of what you drink is not a lifestyle accessory. Rainwater tanks, heatwaves, filters and how to read a report.
The third key · 03
It is not only what you eat. It is what the body can use. Breakfasts, guts, afternoon slumps, and the case for loving the food on the plate.
Lead essay

The original Energy Field line still holds: it is not only what you eat, it is what the body can use. A quieter way to look at breakfast.

The original site said a sixty-year-old should still feel energised. Appetite, protein, teeth, company and the slow redesign of the evening meal.

The older language
The founder of the original site had spent twenty years as an energy healer. We do not sell attunements. We do try to write honestly about what people mean by an energy field, how Australian practitioners work, and where common-sense science still has something useful to say.
The lived day
The original site said age is not an excuse for a flat life. This hub is the practical remainder: offices, children, post-viral weeks, southern winters, and the difference between a routine that looks good on paper and one you will still be doing in August.
