An independent Australian journal

Energy Field

Sleep, water, food and the human energy field, written for the country we actually live in.

The map

Topic hubs

The original site taught three keys — deep sleep, live water, food — and a lifetime of energy healing. The journal keeps that architecture and adds the lived day around it.

Deep Sleep Zone

The original Energy Field site put deep sleep first: not seven hours in bed, but the stretch of sleep in which a body actually repairs. This hub stays with that claim and tests it against circadian science, shift work and the climate we actually sleep in.

Live Water

The old site called it live water and said it mattered more than food. We keep the seriousness and drop the mystique: Australian tap water, tanks, electrolytes and the long argument about what belongs in a glass.

Food and Absorption

The third key was never a diet. It was a reminder that chips and chocolate are not a breakfast, that absorption is not appetite, and that it is better to love the food you eat than to eat the food you love. We write from that sentence.

The Human Energy Field

The founder of the original site had spent twenty years as an energy healer. We do not sell attunements. We do try to write honestly about what people mean by an energy field, how Australian practitioners work, and where common-sense science still has something useful to say.

Everyday Vitality

The original site said age is not an excuse for a flat life. This hub is the practical remainder: offices, children, post-viral weeks, southern winters, and the difference between a routine that looks good on paper and one you will still be doing in August.
